We strongly believe in providing our staff and trainees with all of the tools, education and training they need to become the best educators in the industry. We believe in training our educators the right way. After putting years of quality training into each and every one of our trainees, we don’t want to lose you when you qualify. We provide all our trainees the opportunity for full-time employment once they finish their traineeship. This gives our staff job security, and we get to keep the amazing child care workers they have become.
